②The card information for your order will be sent to your registered email address.
*Please note that customers cannot specify the appraisal number.

③We will ship the item with tracking. (※There is no luggage compensation. If you would like luggage compensation, please select "with luggage compensation" when ordering the product.)
*This site cannot handle any issues that occur during delivery. Please contact the respective delivery company.

④We will use crystal packs, cardboard boxes, etc. for the appraisal cards to package them in a way that will prevent them from getting scratched or dirty.

⑤Even among PSA10 and PSA9 products, there may be scratches or dust that occurred during the appraisal process. *Please understand that we are not an appraisal company and cannot accept returns of products other than counterfeits.

What is PSA testing?

PSA is a grading company recognized worldwide, which rates cards on a scale of 1 to 10 depending on their condition.

A perfect score of 10 is only given to cards that are in perfect condition with no flaws such as scratches, stains, appearance, etc. This is not easily removed, making it a highly valuable item.

After authentication, the card will be returned in a special PSA case, which not only protects the card from scratches, but also minimizes damage to the card from UV rays, moisture, etc.
