1. For anti-counterfeiting purposes, mosaic may be applied to the authentication number and QR code.
2. We will send the card information you ordered to the email you registered. *Please note that you cannot specify the authentication number.
3. We will ship with a tracking method. (*No compensation for lost packages. Please contact us if you wish to insure your package when ordering.)
4. We use crystal packs, cardboard, etc., for authentication cards to ensure they arrive without scratches or dirt.
5. Even in PSA10 or PSA9 products, scratches or dust may be present during authentication. *Please understand that we are not an authentication company, so we cannot accept returns other than for counterfeits.
